You matter. Even, and especially, at work.
You don’t have to be the boss to be the leader (but you can be both the boss and the leader). You also do not have to be stressed in your life at work. The key to leadership, and the key to quality of life at work, is awareness of self, others, and applying your human toolbox to the situations at hand.
Work is your art in the frame of work: where are you in this picture?
Our mission is to support you in achieving your collective best.
We do this by working with your organization, as a whole, and your individuals, as critical components of your whole organization.
Working with the whole
We evaluate, troubleshoot, and teach you to work together efficiently and effectively.
We teach you to use your meetings as a strategic and efficient part of your overall project management, idea development, and decision-making process. We help you eliminate wasted time and frustration in your meetings by teaching you how to structure, sequence, and populate them. (Not everyone needs to be at them! Having the right people meet at the right time and with clear purpose is key).
Idea Development and Decision Structure
We help you to identify and clarify your idea development methods and your decision structures in your vertical and horizontal teams. We help you see the structure that you currently have in place, how it is working for you or against you, and we give you options for restructuring towards maximum effectiveness as an organization.
Working with the individuals of your whole
For the whole to function, its individual members need to be functional and whole. When we work with organizations, a component of that is working with the individuals within the organization.
We help you feel connected to your life while at and through doing your work.
You don’t hang your inner-most self at the door with your coat when you arrive at the morning! Learn how to bring yourself into your work and appreciate the life lessons and growth opportunities that it presents to you every day. Learn how to listen to your dreams, plant seeds for your future, and harmoniously exist and create with your co-workers.
Fears are the doorway to your true strength
We help you see your perceived weaknesses and insecurities as the portals to true strength that they are. The culture of fear and conformity that is so prevalent in our workplace today is one of the biggest sources of inefficiency in the workplace. Learn to identify your own fears and insecurities at work and to unlock them for the life lessons and the path to true strength and personal (and collective) effectiveness that they represent. Moments of frustration always have choices that lead the way out. We can help you see your choices.
Another common difficult experience in the workplace is frustration. We define frustration to be a momentary lapse in your capacity to see the way out of a situation that is not suitable to you. We help you break down your moments of frustration so that you are able to see your options and build your path out.
A private space for your public life
It is our mission at Converge Forward to provide a private space for your public experience of life in the workplace: a space in which we listen to you with dignity, respect, and empathy, and dialogue with you as you find your own path forward. We allow you a window on the common experiences of human vulnerability and frustration to support you in finding your own path to strength and success.
